Donation form

Donations of any size help us further the mission of Parents of Infants and Children with Kernicterus (PICK) of promoting awareness, prevention and treatment of kernicterus. PICK has received recognition from the US Internal Revenue Service as a tax exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Tax Code. Donations to PICK are fully deductible based on Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code less any goods or services provided in exchange for the contribution.
